Move over boxed mac and cheese! This easy 10 minute alfredo sauce will leave you wanting more. Pair this sauce with any pasta that your heart desires for a yummy lunch or dinner.

Highly recommending Trader Joe’s Fusilli Corti Bucati Pasta for a tantalizing noodle that will wow your pallet.

Ingredients

Scale

16 ounce package of Fusilli Corti Bucati Pasta (or other pasta of choice)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1.5 cups grated parmesan, plus more for serving

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

Cook pasta in large stock pot (with salted water) according to directions

Melt butter over medium heat and add in the garlic

Cook garlic for about 1 minute

Add to the garlic the heavy cream and parmesan cheese and stir to combine

Over low heat simmer sauce for about 5 minutes or until sauce slightly thickens

Add the drained cooked pasta to the alfredo sauce and mix well to combine

(Optional) Garnish with chopped parsley and/or extra parmesan cheese
