  • 1 Cup castor sugar
  • 1 Cup white wine vinegar

Place chilies, sugar and vinegar in saucepan.

Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring until sugar is dissolved.

Reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes until mixture is reduced by half.

Remove from heat and cool; cover and refrigerate
