How to Make Ham on a Log

Ham on a Log- Easy After School Snack Recipe! (3)

This ham on a log recipe is SO simple to make. It starts with the delicious, creamy filling. You’ll want to mix softened cream cheese, garlic, and mozzarella. I found that microwaving mine for about 15-20 seconds made it much easier to mix and spread, but if your cream cheese is thoroughly softened, you’re all set.

In terms of garlic, my family likes a lot of garlic, so we added more. You can add a little less, so adjust it according to your taste!

Wash and trim celery, then cut it into bite sized sticks. Spread half of them with the cream cheese mixture, filling the little well in the celery with it.
