There are so many amazing things about this smoothie. Just look at all the vitamins and nutrients in it. This is the best way you can start your day, you won’t go back to bagels or donuts again.

Banana

Bananas are a pretty common smoothie base. They make is really creamy but are good for you too! They have tons of potassium which can prevent muscle cramps and help heart health and blood pressure.

    It’s good. My blender had a hard time with all the frozen foods but it worked pretty well due to my blender I had to use more milk and used a little sugar to sweeten it more. Overall it’s amazing I’ll make it again
